Roles & permissions

What each role can do, and how owners fine-tune access.

Every member has one role. Higher roles can do everything the lower ones can, plus more.

The roles, from most to least access: Owner (full control, including billing), Admin (manage the club), Captain (run their own team's events and Playing XI), Player (respond to events, see their dues), Guest (limited view).

Owners can fine-tune what admins, sub-admins and captains may do under Settings → Access rights — grant or restrict specific actions like editing payments or managing events.
